I see you.
Hello everyone, Brad here.
I just wanted to check in and see how you're doing today.
That's why I'm in your inbox today, right now. That's it.
I want you to know I've been thinking about you, that I love you.
You're important to me. And while it can be hard to keep up with emails and direct messages and meeting schedules in this fast-moving digital world, I believe we can still share a moment together today. Just a moment.
Pause. Look up at the ceiling and breathe. That's it. That's it. I see you… you see me… we acknowledge each other and move on through our day.
Not because we needed to, not because you need to read my email every week, and not because I need to send you an email every week, but because we show up for each other on a weekly basis. Something interesting happens.
Hard to describe, hard to name it. It's hard to put the words to it, but I feel it every week when I hit publish. There's a collective sigh within me.
I've seen you… you've seen me… and the world goes on.

Hey Brad. I see you too. Thanks for saying hello.
